Fewer miles, fewer hands, fewer chances to lose it
Most transfer services are logistics companies with a scanner attached. Your box travels to a sorting hub, then a warehouse, then a production floor, then back. Every one of those legs is a chance for a carton with no duplicate inside it to end up somewhere it should not be.

We are one building in Orange County. That is the whole difference, and everything below follows from it.
Getting it here
Walking in involves the fewest handoffs of any delivery method: your hands to ours, with nothing between. If you are anywhere in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino or San Diego, that is a drive rather than a shipment, and it removes the single largest risk in the whole process.
Contact us before you come so we can confirm current hours and have someone free to log your items in properly rather than between other jobs.
If you do ship
Shipping within Southern California is short. Fewer miles and fewer transfers genuinely mean fewer opportunities for a box to go astray. Pack so nothing can shift, and tell us what is coming so we notice if it does not arrive.
While it is here
Every item is logged at intake and tracked under a full chain of custody. Because there is only one building, we can answer where your material is at any point without phoning anyone. Nothing is sent out.
Getting it back
Files on a flash drive for orders under 256 GB, or a hard drive above that. DVDs at $5 per disc alone, or $15 per disc alongside a drive. Your originals return in the same shipment, or you collect both together.
What we will not promise
An exact completion date. A reel needing splicing adds hours nobody can predict from an intake form, and inventing a date just means breaking it. The queue we quote is our own, because the work happens here. Rush is available at additional cost, quoted per order in the week you call.
Ask us anything first
Send a photo and a rough count. We will tell you what you are holding and what it would involve, with no obligation.
